This volume contains notes by William Preston bearing dates of March and April of 1883 on Walsh v. Preston, as argued before the United States Supreme Court on 13 March 1883. Following these notes are case materials and Preston’s notes on earlier opinions of the Texas 5th District Court and the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the Texas Association case.
