Scope and Content Information The collection consists of master copies of form letters used by Warner's office staff to respond to incoming correspondence. The books are to be used in conjunction with the microfilm as no paper copies of outgoing correspondence were kept.A coding system based on the committees was used on each of the "items." When the senator established a position on an issue, two new "items" were prepared, each with the same text, but with different codes. No copy of the outgoing letter...
