February 28, 2006 report on the conditions of the President's House at Carr's Hill by John Milner Associates, Inc. The "Building Assessment & Schematic Design Final Report" included preservation issues regarding the house and how they may be alleviated.

Biographical / Historical
Carr's Hill is the home of the president of the University of Virginia. It serves as the backdrop for university and community events. Since its completion in 1909, Carr’s Hill has welcomed students, faculty, staff, alumni, community leaders, two Presidents of the United States, and many other distinguished guests from around the world.

Separated Materials
Separated from UVA photographs of final exercises, dedications, Founders Day, Olympic torch lighting and other events which is RG-30/10 and a 1952 letter from the State Department about visitor exchanges with Spain which is still in process.
