Scope and Contents

This addition to the MSS 15822 Maurice Lévy papers contains a manuscript titled "Tell About the South" by Nicole Moulinoux. This bound volume of interview transcriptions was compiled in 1993 from Moulinoux's conversations with prominent Southern writers in Charlottesville, VA, including George Garrett, whose papers (MSS 13272) are held at the Small Special Collections Library.

The volume contains transcripts from interviews with the following writers: Reynolds Price, Shelby Foote, Margaret Walker, Cleanth Brooks, Ernest Gaines, Eudora Welty, Andrew Lytle, George Garrett, and Mary Lee Settle.
