ViU2020-0118 This collection consists of a scrapbook of Wenonah Lydia Saum documenting her time as a student at the University of Virginia in 1923. Saum was one of the first females to graduate with a degree from the graduate education program at UVA. The album contains photographs, postcards, cafeteria tickets, napkins, plant matter, and many musical, dance, and theater programs from productions held at the University. Many of the photographs are captioned and include photographs of acquaintances and views of buildings and landscapes at the university and also from the surrounding area.
