Content Description
This addition to RG 50/1 (Materials relating to the university from multiple sources/ Materials related to events and responses to the Nov. 19, 2014 Rolling Stone article) contains web crawls from a variety of news sources, blogs, and UVA statements regarding the 2014 Rolling Stone since retracted article about an alleged rape on campus. The webcrawls document the story and the aftermath of the article. The webcrawls include major news sites like Rolling Stone, the Washington Post, the New York Times, The Chronicle of Higher Education, New York Magazine, the Observer, Huffington Post, Slate, Aljazeera, the Daily Beast, CNN, NPR among many others. Also included are local news sources, such as the Cavalier Daily, UVA's student newspaper, and Cville Magazine.
