Content Description
This addition to Viu-2020-0052 Tate family letters contains a memorandum of an agreement made between Jane Tate and Jacob Van Laer. It states that Tate agrees to loan Van Laer two-hundred dollars payable to him in the course of the ensuing Spring. Van Laer also agrees to keep two of Tate's horses among his own horses in his pasture for the grazing season.
