Center for Transportation Studies final reports
Content Description
This addition to RG-11/14 (School of Engineering and Applied Sciences/ Center for Transportation Studies) contains over 150 final reports from the department on their sponsored research between 1986 and 2007. The majority of the reports focus on one aspect of transportation, such as "Prioritization of Transit Strategies in Small Urban Areas." Most reports are joint efforts by Pennsylvania State University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Virginia, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia University. These institutions comprise the Mid-Atlantic Universities Transportation Center, headquartered at Pennsylvania State. Reports utilize case studies and novel strategies pioneered at each participating institution to create suggestions for improving transportation conditions in the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
