Content Description

This addition to RG 1/1 Board of Visitors contains 4 documents pertaining to the minutes of the November and December meetings of the Board of Visitors. The November meeting was an open session held at the University of Virginia's College at Wise. The meeting of the Board was a joint meeting with the University of Virginia College at Wise’s advisory board which was held for members of the Board of Visitors to learn about the College at Wise and to meet with members of the advisory board and others. Topics discussed included the Innovate2Elevate/Apple Distinguished School and the Economic and Community Landscape. The December minutes include full board minutes and public comment minutes. The Full Board minutes contain typical business including resolutions passed, memorials, the establishment of funds, gifts and grants, reports, and remarks. The December public comments meeting to conduct an educational workshop and to hear public comment on the proposal for undergraduate tuition and fee increases for academic years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.
