Military orders for Walter Reed, November 1, 1901
Scope and Contents
Sternberg states Reed cannot be spared from his duties as a professor in the Army Medical School to attend a medical conference in Michigan. A letter from the Adjutant General to R. P. Bishop informs him and copies the other congressmen who had petitioned the Secretary of War for Reed's attendance at the conference.
