Content Description This collection contains the typed permit allowing Mrs.G.B Herbert, a resident of the Waldorf-Asoria, to enter upon and pass over the drives of Central Park in an " electic pleasure wagon" operated by an experienced motor man. This permit, number 64, was issued by the Department of Parks signed by George C. Clausen, park commissioner for Manhattan.
