Arrangement

In this series, a file is created for each planning report and its associated documents. The files are arranged chronologically by the date of creation for the materials they contain.

Accruals

Historically significant planning documents and reports are scheduled for permanent retention in the archives. The head of the Historical Collections and Services Department at the Healh Sciences Library determines whether a document or report is historically significant. Accruals to this series are expected.
