This volume was purchased from Robert H. Rubin in December of 1991.

Biographical / Historical
Judge William M. Pingrey was assistant judge of the Washington County Court in Vermont in the 1830's. Serving with him on this court were Chief Justice Isaac F. Redfield of the Vermont Supreme Court and Assistant Judge Pliny Curtis.
