This collection contains the typed permit allowing Mrs. G.B Herbert, a resident of the Waldorf-Asoria, to enter upon and pass over the drives of Central Park in an "electric pleasure wagon" operated by an experienced motor man. This permit, number 64, was issued by the Department of Parks signed by George C. Clausen, park commissioner for Manhattan.
