The assignment from the securities of Colonel G[eorge?] N[icholas?], and 4. Various other claims Randolph outlines his opinions on these debts and how they should be paid. He mentions that he will give Nicholas the notice by Saturday morning and will meet him at the Goochland Courthouse on Sunday., 1799 August 26
